Under the 2019 URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Master Plan, the land plot is zoned for residential use and has a plot ratio of 2.8, which allows to the developer to build a residential building up to 36 Storey. The new project can accommodate up to 25 apartments with a minimum area of 100 square metres each.
Evelyn Pte Ltd will name the new development Enchante.
