Victory Land acquires residential site at 1C Evelyn Road for $18.25 million
Developer Evelyn Pte Ltd has bought the 9,873 square feet residential site at 1C Evelyn Road at $18.25 million, which would translate to $1,363psf ppr (price per square feet per plot ratio) after factoring bonus balcony GFA.
Under the 2019 URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Master Plan, the land plot is zoned for residential use and has a plot ratio of 2.8, which allows to the developer to build a residential building up to 36 Storey. The new project can accommodate up to 25 apartments with a minimum area of 100 square metres each.
Evelyn Pte Ltd will name the new development Enchante.
